**Property Manager / Block Manager - Berkshire / Surrey - part home working - c£40k Package**

Our client is a long established independent block management company with offices across the Midlands, South West of England, South East of England, South Coast and M4 corridor, servicing RMC and developer blocks within compact portfolios.

Within their Reading office, they now require an experienced Property Manager / Block Manager who will work part home based (2 days office, 3 days site / home) overseeing a portfolio comprising both RMC and Developer blocks spread throughout Berkshire, Buckinghamshire,Surrey and Hampshire.

In addition, the suitable Property Manager / Block Manager will have strong communication skills and the confidence to deal with challenging situations / clients, including face to face on site.

Coming from a stable career background and residing in or close to Berkshire or Surrey, the successful Property Manager will ideally hold IRPM qualification although support can be provided in post for those keen to obtain it.

The successful Property Manager will start on a package circa £40k (£37k basic and car allowance £3k), enjoy 2-3 days home working and see reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
