**What you'll be doing**
- Produce and monitor LU / Council documentation relevant to Notification of worksite and worksite noise and complaints.
- Assist Environment Advisor with Section 61 submissions for local authorities whilst liaising with project teams.
- Deliver projects through the end-to-end process, ensuring all deliverables are booked and secured by T-8.
- Managing access & usage of third-party properties.
- Identification and booking of relevant LUL properties associated with the works.
- Liaison with LU station agents for access and usage of station facilities.
- Compilation submittal and approval of required licences and permits relevant to the works.
- Ordering external contractual services security, support staff, catering provisions, traffic management, letter drops, minibuses, ground protection, noise monitoring, generator power for welfare facilities and all fencing requirements
- Liaise closely with the construction team on matters of staging the works methodology access and documentation, throughout all Phases of the works.
- Arrange highways closures, suspensions of parking and bus lanes.
- Secure adequate parking provisions for all works
- Arrange and manage welfare provisions for all works
- Manage connect radios
- Oversee and implement site segregation
- Understand CDM regulations
- Understand Temporary works preferably a certified temporary works supervisor
- Draft Operational Plans, Method Statements and risk assessments
- Attendance as Logistics Manager on weekend possessions, typically on Friday nights
- Oversee and implement CLOCS legislation

- HND with experience, or sub HND with 3 years’ experience preferable in track renewal projects
- Experience of contracting environment

- CDM Regulations Awareness
- SMSTS
- IT Literate
- Noise Management
- Site Segregation
- Quantity Surveying Skills
- Appointed person (optional)
- Full Clean driving licence
