This is a new Compliance Analyst position working for a Financial Services firm in the City of London. The Compliance Analyst will be required to travel to the office 3 days per week and must have a compliance monitoring background.

**Client Details**

The client is a financial services firm within wealth management located in the City of London. They are looking for a Compliance Analyst with a background in compliance monitoring to join their team.

**Description**
- Perform monitoring and surveillance activity in accordance with the Group Compliance Monitoring Plan
- Identify non-compliant issues and/or potential risk areas as a result of the monitoring performed
- Document the monitoring work undertaken and provide management information to the Head of Compliance Monitoring
- Make recommendations for the resolution of issues identified and consult with relevant staff
- Identify breaches, collate supporting documentation and enter the breach into the relevant breach log
- Support the ongoing maintenance of relevant group policies. procedures and reporting

**Profile**
- Must come from a compliance background within financial services
- Will be able to travel to the office in the City of London 3 days per week minimum
- Will have a clear understanding and knowledge of compliance policies and procedures

**Job Offer**

£35,000 - £40,000
