**Maintenance Coordinator**

Plant Designs are London’s foremost design-led plant experts, providing quality service to workspaces and events. We design, install, and care for some of the city’s most innovative plant displays, working with over 350 clients to bring the benefits of planting to their buildings.

**The Role**:
We are looking for a focused and resourceful person with the ability to coordinate the efficient operation of our maintenance service. This involves managing the schedules and day-to-day running of our expanding team of horticulturalists who work across our various client sites to care for their plants.

**Objectives & Responsibilities**:

- Planning and managing a weekly maintenance schedule to ensure the level of care and horticultural service supports the client’s requirements.
- Liaising with employees regarding their individual duties, managing their shifts and working hours.
- Planning efficient routes and rounds to cover sites across central and greater London.
- Organising access to client sites and booking in personnel and vehicles for maintenance visits.
- Sending RAMS and completing permits required for onsite works.
- Updating customer files and relevant information regarding client sites.
- Providing premium customer service and handling all client queries regarding maintenance service.
- Overview of onsite health and safety of horticultural team. Ensuring team have had relevant training and support to perform their duties in accordance to relecant H&S requirements.
- Responding to requests from staff and handling issues to provide necessary support to horticultural team in fulfilling their duties.
- Processing orders and charges to clients for new materials or equipment.
- Communicating between departments and staff members to ensure smooth running of all deliveries and services.
- Experience in planning schedules, rota logistics or shift work required.
- Team leadership with ability to delegate and hold team accountable.
- Highly organised, systematic and detail orientated.
- Strong communicator who is personable and professional.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Highly competent IT and administrative skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management with ability to work in fast-paced environment and deal with regular changes.
- 2+ years of office experience minimum.

This is a full-time role, 40 hours a week from 8.30am-5pm.
