**Job Description**:
Service Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator to join a client based in Farnham. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities as a Service Administrator:

- Answer telephone enquiries and raise breakdown requests- Process timesheets for depots- Invoice completed jobs and run daily WIP reports- Accurately check cost jobs or prices for estimated jobs- Send final costs and signed job sheets to the customer before invoicing- Request purchase order numbers for warranty to retail jobs- Raise any discrepancies to the appropriate person and assist to resolve them to ensure completed jobs are invoiced on time- Assist service controllers with chasing estimates and outstanding purchase orders- Provide administrative support to other members of the department as needed**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an Administrator- Invoicing experience is desirable- Excellent communication skills, written and verbally- Able to prioritise workload and work well under pressure- Competent computer skills- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment- Ability to provide high levels of customer care**Benefits**:
