**As an Automotive Service Advisor / Bodyshop Administrator your role will include**:

- Handle calls from customers who have their vehicle booked in for repair with the centre
- Deal with customers coming into site and ensure their needs are identified and met
- Deal with all administration regarding all customer claims and documentation
- Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
- Approach all customers and assist with requests, including requests regarding vehicle repairs
- Prepare job packs
- Update Autoflow bodyshop management system as required
- Handle dissatisfied customers calmly and all customer complaints to be brought to the attention of the Bodyshop Manager
- Initiate job documentation and maintain customer records and follow-up systems
- Follow correct procedure when issuing courtesy cars to customers, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and copies of customer's driving licence are obtained (when applicable)
- Receive and register payments for work carried out and ensure that the correct company procedures are adopted for verification of payment, handling, transferring and depositing cash for the Paint & Body Centre (if applicable)
- Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as requested by the Operations Managers

**Experience Required: Automotive Customer Service Advisor / Bodyshop Administrator**
- You must have an excellent customer focused service background
- Ideally you will have worked in a Bodyshop / Accident repair centre or Dealership in a customer focused role
- You will have an excellent telephone manner and go above and beyond for all customers
- Multi-tasking is essential as this role is very busy and requires attention to detail
- Ability to upsell to customers
