**What you'll do**

As an Assistant Commercial Planner you will contribute to the growth of our International Clothing & Home business using a new Push Model, through the effective planning, buying, and trading of a global product range we need to ensure we deliver the profitability targets for M&S including our Franchise Partners.

You will work closely with the International Merchandising and Buying teams to deliver key targets across Clothing and Home and our Franchise Partners, Plan, Buy, Move and Trade our global seasonal range to support in delivering the buying and merchandising accountabilities of our new International Franchise Model.

Promoting a global mindset within the business to ensure the needs of our International customers are put first and our partners budgets are delivered.
- Understand and manage the seasonal critical path and the commercial trading calendar to ensure the team is on track to deliver all the milestones
- Analyse and present “Lessons Learnt” using sales and orderbook data to identify all product opportunities to support building the future strategy to optimise sales and profit
- Own grading plan for the push model stores
- Own sales plan and stock management of NOOS and Core Essentials lines
- Use a range plan tool to drive out the optimal options aligned to key financial budgets
- Manage the buy sheet for each Partner updating line detail once catalogue is selected. Maintaining buy chart with changes post catalogue closure
- Track end to end fulfilment of full seasonal orderbooks, monitor priority line fulfilment, highlighting risks and proposing alternatives where required
- Analyse and present weekly trade updates to the team and share with relevant stakeholders

- Confident with Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to fully utilise relevant IT systems IBT, Power BI, Digital Range Builder, Range Planner.
