We seek an enthusiastic person, preferably with at least one year’s experience in the healthcare sector, who is willing to grow and develop with our client’s dynamic, multi-cultural organisation.

Our client’s staff teams cover the Preston and Lancaster areas and are committed to providing the highest level of service, support and care.

As a Training Assistant you will be work with the Training Coordinator, management staff and external trainers to ensure the delivery of our blended learning programme.

**Key Aspects of the role**:

- Clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Knowledge and understanding of the scope of care
- Competent user of basic IT systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- GCSE or equivalent in a minimum of English and Maths at level C
- Willingness to continue to learn
- Willing to work flexibly to meet changing staff rotas
- Being creative in developing new ways of working to support staff and clients
