**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Hardware/Software Systems and AD Server Management**
- Administer the AD server, managing user accounts, and ensuring firewall policy compliance.
- Oversee the network and communications hardware, including VPN and AD, to ensure robust security and efficiency.
- Work closely with external partners for efficient management and troubleshooting of system issues.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery operations.
**- Internet/Intranet and Telecommunication System Management**
- Manage the call recording system and oversee the communication infrastructure, including handling SIP Trunk-based call facilities.
- Provide comprehensive support for issues related to computers, printers, internet (Wi-Fi)/intranet, and phones, including remote support for offsite employees.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field desirable.
- Proven experience in managing AD servers, network administration, and firewall policy compliance desirable.
- Fluency in Korean and English to facilitate communication within our London-based Korean bank. Essential
- Strong understanding of VPN, SIP Trunk-based facilities, and various communication systems (Zoom, Webex, Teams). Essential
- Familiarity with DRM, cloud storage solutions, and internet/intranet management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
- Certifications related to network security, Microsoft AD, or similar technologies.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they escalate. Essential

Pay: From £31,200.00 per year
