U18s Lead Coach

North London Stars is a new football academy based in Highgate & Finchley in North London.

NLS are currently looking for a head coach to take on our u18s team in the Premier division at Harrow Youth Football League.

The team operates around a schedule of two sessions a week and one match. Sessions/Matches will be held for this team on the following days and times:
**Sessions**:
Thursday, 6pm to 7pm in Finchley.

Saturday, 10.30pm to 12pm in Finchley.

**Matches**:
Sundays, between 9am and 2pm. Home kick-off is always at 10am, with matches played at Muswell Hill Playing Fields.

**We offer competitive hourly pay between £17.5-£22.5** depending on the coaches experience and badges, our pay scale is done on a case by case basis, valuing what the individual brings to the team over the qualifications. We also offer a bonus scheme for to reward coaches for their commitment and performance.

We expect our **Head Coaches** to be attentive, professional and have excellent communication when leading a session. Making sure all players are developing and reach good levels of performance.

**Selection Criteria (required)**:

- FA Level 2/UEFA C certification;
- First Aid and Child Safety courses completed in the last 3 years;
- Proven experience coaching as a lead coach/manager at grassroots level or higher, with at least 1 reference;
**Selection Criteria (Desirable)**:

- UEFA B certification;
- Prior experience working with u18s at grassroots level or higher;
- Driving license and ability to commute using own vehicle - club will supports expenses on away matches;
