**About the role**

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Damp, Mould & Disrepair Co-ordinator. The role will take the lead on the recording, monitoring and reporting on all Damp, Mould & Disrepair cases within PCH stock, and reporting compliance against performance KPIs.

The role will also ensure that all casework and documentation is dealt with in a timely manner to minimise the financial and reputational impact of Damp & Mould and Disrepair on the business.
- Is an adept communicator and has a customer focussed approach
- Has a sound understanding of Health and safety legislation.
- Has experience of maintaining a range of information systems, spreadsheets, databases etc.
- Has a knowledge of landlords obligations and disrepair claims
