Location: Plymouth, Exeter, Illminster Newton Abbot

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Surveyor on a fixed term contract basis in our South West Region.

We're looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to carry out pre & post-inspections LCDM (leaks condensation damp mould) and LDR (Legal disrepair) and create reports for Solicitors and Clarion Response , void works, and cyclical repairs. You'll be the face of Clarion for our customers, delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and managing the performance and progress of our repairs service ensuring that quality works are delivered on time, with minimal defects, to a regional budget, and all within relevant statutory regulations and compliance.

You'll preferably hold a recognised qualification in a property related discipline such as a HNC in Surveying, or a degree level qualification; and be a member of a relevant professional body such as RICS or CIOB.
