Our client based in Lenham area, is looking for a temporary Office Administrator for their Contract Packaging department the position would be ongoing on a temporary basis.

The company specialises in ambient grocery, FMCG storage and distribution. Over the years became one of the UK’s leading consolidators in the sector, delivering high service standards and significant savings to manufacturers, importers, and distributors.

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday 07.30am-17.00pm, including every other Saturday 06.00am-15.30pm.

**Salary**:

- Starting from £10.42 per hour.
- Increasing to £11.44 per hour. From April 2024.
- Weekly pay.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

- Printing labels.
- Work instructions for the packing lines.
- Creating job bags - linked to work instructions.
- Data uploading on to our system for record keeping.
- Memos for customers and for internal use.
- Arranging label deliveries for customers and for our own department.
- Completing weekly label count.
- Plus, other clerical admin duties.

Applicant Requirements:

- Driving Licence (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent understanding and writing of English language.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

We are acting as an employment business in relation to this position.

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour
