**What** you’ll be responsible for**
We’re a small but mighty in-house creative team consisting of a head of creative, two senior designers, a senior copywriter, in-house photographer and studio manager. Together, we’re responsible for the way the graze brand looks, feels and sounds.
**As our creative artworker, you’d be responsible for**:

- Producing final artwork for our all our packaging and POS.
- Liaising directly with printers and attending press-passes when required.
- Working with the wider grazer teams to produce direct mail, press ads and other marketing material, from concepts to finished artwork.
- Creating internal communications such as employee and manager handbooks.
- Performing any other duties relevant to the running of the business and as requested by your line manager.

**What** we’re looking for in you**
- A solid knowledge of printing processes and how to design for them.
- Medium / heavyweight Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign knowledge.
- A creative thinker as well as an artworker.
- Able to produce consistently high standards of work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- 1 -2 years proven experience in a similar environment
