Job Overview:
Are you passionate about empowering women through education and skills building? We are seeking a dedicated project officer to join our team and deliver our Multiply numeracy project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs of women in the community
- Teach basic numeracy skills in a supportive and engaging manner
- Complete tutor assessments to learner track progress
- Maintain accurate records of registration forms, attendance and individual learning plans
- Handle paperwork related to administration and reporting

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in basic math’s and strong numeracy skills
- Experience in teaching or tutoring, particularly with adult learners
- Excellent organisational skills and accurate record keeping
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Sensitivity to the needs and cultural backgrounds of diverse learners
- Ability to speak in Urdu/Punjabi will be an advantage
- Outreach to engage and recruit learners
- Work alongside other team members to support in other areas of the organisation as and when required to promote best practice.
- Previous experience in project delivery is desirable but not required
