Warehouse Operative

**Client Overview**:
Our client, a rapidly expanding organisation based in Ballyclare, Belfast, is seeking a Warehouse Operative & Fitter to join their dynamic team. If you're an experienced Warehouse Operative with a Forklift truck license and a knack for efficient assembly processes, this opportunity might be your next career move.

**Your Duties**:
**Warehouse Operative**:

- Efficiently load and unload vehicles, employing manual handling techniques.
- Ensure incoming goods are received and stored in their designated warehouse locations.
- Conduct meticulous inspections to verify the completeness and condition of received goods.
- Rearrange and organise stock, using both manual methods and heavy lifting equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse inventory movements.
- Properly label, pack, and wrap goods following established guidelines.

**Fitter**:

- Perform precise and timely assembly of various components, meeting quality and specification standards.
- Execute assembly and testing of finished assemblies and sub-assemblies in accordance with provided specifications and Bill of Materials.
- Handle assembly tools and equipment with care to minimise wear and tear.
- Ensure equipment traceability is maintained throughout the assembly process.
- Collaborate on troubleshooting and problem-solving for assembly-related issues.

**Your Profile**:

- Valid Forklift truck license.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Operative and/or Fitter.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to adhering to Health and Safety protocols.
