Warehouse & Ecommerce Supervisor

National Merchandise manage the merchandise operation for some of the biggest venues including arenas in London, Nottingham, Belfast, Liverpool, Dublin and Glasgow.

We’re looking for a Warehouse & Ecommerce Supervisor to join our team based at our warehouse in Ballyclare. You will report directly into the Area Manager for Ireland to support the commercial team with product distribution & stock control.

The Warehouse & Ecommerce Supervisor will be responsible for completing tasks in the warehouse which include online orders, stock takes, preparing merchandise for festivals, organising stock & equipment, moving stock from Warehouse to SSE Arena and taking deliveries.

The main responsibilities will also include:
Loading invoices and adjusting numbers on Erply and Shopify systems, creating new products on Erply.

Being able to handle and resolve customer complaints

Ensuring all product pages have accurate images to optimise relevance

Ensuring products are listed correctly and at the earliest opportunity

Assessing the level of success for product promotions

Ensuring product description auditing and updates are completed

Maintaining product inventory with correct information on erply and shopify

Being a key holder

The Warehouse & Ecommerce Supervisor will help maintain the warehouse as a safe and practical working environment, reporting any issues that need addressing to the Area Manager.

Due to the responsibilities within this role, the successful applicant needs to hold a valid driving license as well as have the flexibility to work evenings & weekends.
