**Salary**:£39,873+ (dependent on skills and experience)
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Support the development, maintenance and/or deployment of a SHE management system (including objectives, processes and assurance) that meet the requirements of BAE Systems Operational Framework and International SHE Standards (such as ISO45001 and ISO14001) and supports the achievement of organisational goals
- Provide competent SHE advice and support to Line Leaders within a business area, enabling them to effectively manage SHE within their area(s) of responsibility
- Prioritise and plan facilities maintenance and service maintenance activities in relation to equipment, supplies, installation, refurbishment, repairs, or restoration
- Respond appropriately to routine, emergencies, or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences
- Management of third parties undertaking Site and facilities tasks on behalf of the business (end to end)
- Providing administrative and technical support to the wider SHE & Facilities Team
**Your skills and experiences**:
- Knowledge and understanding of how to work with others in order to operationalise, integrate and deliver SHE processes, projects and change in a business, through having a good knowledge of the immediate business in which they work
- Good understanding of safety, health and environmental management standards and practice, and are able to use their knowledge to articulate these within their work area
- Experience supporting facilities, including but not limited to, building maintenance and hard and soft services
