We are seeking a highly skilled SHE Advisor to join our team at a global leader in their industry. As a key member of our site team, you will be responsible for providing timely and consistent advice, support, coaching, and governance of SHE standards and legislation to support all activities across the site.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management of Health and Safety risks and processes in a high-risk environment, including contractor activities on site.
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations 2015 and interpret and apply formal Regulations, Approved Codes of Practice, and Guidance.
- Develop and maintain a safety culture, driving a culture of safety excellence.
- Provide support to audits and accident/near miss investigations, producing comprehensive reports with root cause analysis.
- Utilize IT systems, including MS Office packages, to effectively manage and report on safety data.
- Practical experience in supporting the management of Health and Safety risks and processes in a high-risk environment.
- Competent with CDM regulations 2015 and NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder interaction, report writing, and investigative skills.
- Proven background of driving a safety culture and utilizing IT systems.
As a SHE Advisor with our company, you will be entitled to a competitive salary of up to £48,000 and a range of company benefits. If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
