An exciting opportunity has become available within Older Adult Specialities for an enthusiastic and motivated Admin Lead for Community Mental Health teams based at in Hockley and Moseley

The Community Mental Health Teams provides assessment, specialist support, treatment and care planning for service users with functional and organic mental health problems such as depression, psychotic mental illness and Dementia.

Excellent communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills are essential to this very busy role. Proven ability to work to tight deadlines, ability to problem solve and experience in the line management of staff are all essential for this role.

The job description and person specification are an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomes required of the role. The post holder will carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by their line manager.

To provide a lead role in the implementation and development of systems within the CMHT's. The post holder will also undertake the supervision and line management of administration processes located in the CMHT's.

Will have responsibility for monitoring data, day to day administration processes in conjunction with the Clinical Services Manager and Team Managers within your remit.

To be responsible for ensuring there is an effective and structured provision of administration services within the teams. To be responsible for the co-ordination of information systems in the team and supporting the Clinical Services Manager/Team Managers on delegated Trust and Division-wide initiatives such as; Health and Safety, Data Quality, Information Governance, Rio and Digital Dictation systems. To operate within the Division’s/Trust’s systems and act as part of a wider administration/secretarial team for the Division
