- As Casual Host/Hostess, you will be working within the Food & Beverage Department and report directly to the Breakfast Supervisor and Outlet Manager.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To ensure the uniforms provided are kept clean, in good condition and that it is presentable, ensuring that personal appearance and hygiene standards are met and demonstrate a professional image for guests.
- Escorts guests to the table, presents menu, specials, and beverage list, and uses available knowledge to meet their requirements.
- If the restaurant is fully booked, convey the estimated waiting times to guests, offer drinks, and monitor the guest waiting list.
- Coordinates with Supervisor, Manager, and front line staff movement of all guests in the restaurant to maximize the number of guests that are being served.
- Assists in setting up the restaurant before opening.
- Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues.
- Assists in opening and closing procedures in the outlets.
- Assists with clearing, re-setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, polishing equipment and maintaining the buffet, following departmental standards.
