**Role Definition**:
As an onboarding manager, you will be responsible for managing implementing the onboarding process. You will be the middle person between, Prospero Ops, sales & the client. Ensuring we are clear and concise with the onboarding process.

**Job Purpose**:
A Successful Onboarding manager is a vital part of the team, and should ensure the onboarding process is maintained and issues agreed and resolved to avoid backlogs and issues, will billing and collection. This role takes care of the clients first impressionof the business.

To be a good _Onboarding officer_, you'll need:

- Have onboarding experience
- Experience implementing process.
- Have fantastic attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a team as well as individually.
- Customer facing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Improving / implementing a streamlined onboarding process
- PO management
- Liaising with sales when they are onboarding a client
- Request credit checks
- Chase in Client Forms
- Liaise with the client, checking billing requirements agreeing charges
- Escalate any issues internally.
- Build client and internal relationships.
- Set up new clients
- Ensure clients expectations are agreed
