**Position**:
**Sales Administrator - Hybrid role**
**As Renewals Specialist / Sales Executive at our North London Wembley office you will**:
- Monitor contract renewals/dates and proactively contact/chase customers regularly through the renewal process
- Analyse renewal data and grow the renewal rate/recurring business for your allocated vendors
- Consolidate contract end dates with customers
- Upgrade versions and cross sell products when discussing renewals with customers
- Follow up/chase renewal quotes and process renewal orders
- Maintain databases including records within our internal systems/ERP
- Build and maintain effective relationships with your vendors
- Achieve quarterly KPI’s
**Requirements**:
**The ideal Renewals Executive / Sales Administrator will have the following qualities**:
- Minimum of 12 months proactive commercial administrative/sales experience
- Demonstrate effective negotiation, and influencing skills
- High attention to detail supported by strong numerical skills
- Clear spoken and written English is essential
- Previously worked towards team or individual targets
- Have initiative and a pro-active, enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Highly literate in most Microsoft packages
