**Duties**:
Assisting elderly care home residents (in the shropshire area) with personal care duties such as serving meals & feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting and moving & positioning
Communicate and build relationships with residents, relatives and other members of staff
Comply with company and client policies of quality and standards
Provide general healthcare assistance
