You will be acting as the lead liaison with AFC Modelling (AFCM) on multiple projects that impact FCO’s Transaction Monitoring process, such as scenario tuning exercises, Transaction Monitoring systems enhancements and any identified data issues that require remediation.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Facilitate scoping and business priority-setting for change initiatives of various size and complexity by creating and managing detailed project plans
- Co-ordinate the requirements and deliverables in initiatives undertaken by the regional ACFM team such as impact analysis and review of Transaction Monitoring typologies
- Assist with new development of rules and controls for Anti-Money Laundering/ Counter-Terrorism Financing
- Understand the downstream impact of changes in Transaction Monitoring models to ecosystems such as Alert/ Case Management and management information
- Work with counterparts in other regional AFC teams to ensure appropriate ownership of deliverables and associated risks and issues

**Your skills and experience**
- Educated to Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification/work experience
- Experience in the banking/financial services industries in domain areas such as Transaction Banking/ Cash Management/ Wealth Management and in an Anti-Money Laundering/ Transaction Monitoring role
- Understanding one or more of the business areas of investment banking, corporate banking, trade finance, asset management, and/or wealth management
- Experience with Transaction Monitoring systems such as Oracle Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM)/ Mantas or Actimize is advantageous
- Operational knowledge of AML Transaction Monitoring lifecycle
- Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification is preferable
