**Harnessflex Sales Specialist**:

- Responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy - Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues - Identify and develop sales opportunities - Working with established and new UK channel partners to develop brand and sales presence. - Nationwide customer travel

**Your responsibilities**:

- Sells products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups
- Support global plans for growth, by develop and maximising HFX relations with key existing and future UK based, strategic OEM customers, and to utilise this relationship to support the global BDM and brand growth plans
- To identify and work to develop stronger relations with our UK based Harnessmaker clients and to seek out incremental and growth sales opportunities from existing and future harness builds
- To work to open and develop second tier market opportunities by researching, identifying and securing new customers in the UK
- To actively contribute to the HFX New Product Development pipeline
- To work with UK distribution partners and to support technical sales

**Your background**:

- Electrical engineering background and an interest in the Automotive industry.
- Willingness to learn and continue a passion for heavy Automotive vehicles.
- Flexible approach to work allocation.
- Ability to communicate well with people at all levels
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Sales experience.(Desirable)
- Strong excel experience (Desirable)
- Project management experience (Desirable)
- Knowledge of cable management products and systems. (Desirable)
