**Akita Business Applications is the specialist business technologies and insight division of Akita Systems Limited. We create bespoke solutions using technologies including Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint and Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Apps Portals and Power Automate). We are now looking for a new Junior Consultant to join our team**

**Salary**:Negotiable

**As a Junior Consultant at Akita, you will**:

- Deliver bespoke solutions for customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. You will support, and lead where appropriate, on all aspects of a project to include:

- Business analysis to ensure an efficient and cost-effective solution.
- Design and customisation including write-ups and planning sessions.
- Configuration and testing with a detailed introduction to the customer.
- Installation and data migration.
- End user training through a structured and user-friendly delivery method.
- Monitoring and updating in line with the contract of service.
- Be responsible for delivering projects in line with the agreed project plan. Inclusive of, but not limited to, timelines, budgets, customer expectations and resource planning. You will be forward-thinking but risk adverse to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Seeking assistance from the CRM Practice Manager and D365 Consultants to ensure project success.
- Recognise and support the development of opportunities for new and existing customers, adding value to their business through efficient and cost-effective solutions.
- Support Akita’s busy Helpdesk by troubleshooting issues with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & the Power Platform, demonstrating a professional, respectful, and proactive approach to customer service.
- Perform any other duties, as required, in line with business needs.

**Core skills**:

- Experience in creating solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
- An understanding of pre-sales and requirement gathering, through to project delivery.
- The ability to learn and develop in all areas of the project lifecycle.
- The ability to work with clients, collaborating from design to ‘go live’.

**Desirable skills and experience**:

- Experience in creating solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
- An understanding of pre-sales and requirement gathering, through to project delivery.
- The ability to learn and develop in all areas of the project lifecycle.
- The ability to work with clients, collaborating from design to ‘go live’.
