**Our highly successful client based in Banbury are looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator for a 12 month maternity cover.**
**Purpose of the role -**
To maintain an efficient purchase ledger function, ensuring suppliers are paid in a timely and accurate manner in line with the company's controls and procedures
**Main duties of the role -**:

- Responding to supplier queries
- Going through mail and matching and processing invoices
- Raising payments
- Raising debit/ credit notes
- Processing employee expense claims
- Setting up new suppliers
- Maintaining a log of query invoices
- Reconciling supplier ledger accounts

**Knowledge, skills and experience required -**:

- You should have the ability to work on own initiative
- Good communication skills are essential
- You should be motivated, focussed and work well under pressure

**This is a full time role working Monday to Thursday 8 - 5pm and a Friday 8 - 2pm
The salary for this role is 26 - 28k DOE**
