**Purchase Ledger Administrator**
**£26,000-£28,000**

**Monday -Friday**
**12 Month FTC 37.5 hours per week**
My client is a well-established leading manufacturer, that are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant due to business growth to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
**The Role**:
To maintain an efficient purchase ledger function, ensuring suppliers are paid in a timely and accurate manner in line with the company’s controls and procedures.
- Daily processing of invoices/credits
- Responding to customer queries.
- Processing employee expense claims.
- Reconciling supplier ledger accounts.
- Adherence to SOX and maintenance of procedures regarding purchase ledger
- Chase and clear any invoice queries on a daily basis
- Raising credit notes with documentation
- Resolving invoice queries both internally and externally

?Ability to follow instructions and prioritise workload
- High level of Literacy and Numeracy
- Prior Purchase Ledger experience desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good negotiating skills
- Ability to work under pressure
