Technical Administrator - Financial Planning
I am recruiting a really exciting position of Technical Administrator within a Chartered Financial Planning firm. This role is exciting for many reasons, but this is great as we are open to most backgrounds, if you are number literate, have an genuine interestin a career in Financial Planning industry, this role is for you Ideally you will have previous industry experience, if not we will consider previous roles with transferable skills.
You will work alongside and together with Paraplanners and the Administration team to provide ongoing assistance and support to the Financial Advisors and provide the client with a positive professional experience.
Duties will include:

- Identify and collect any outstanding relevant information required to compile a financial report.
- Implement actions, such as changing existing investment holdings and sending out letters of authority.
- Ensure provider information is received promptly and with sufficient detail.
- Process Fund Switches in an accurate and complete review letter
- Check all compliance paperwork is present on submission of reports.
- Discuss and establish client objectives with the Financial Adviser(s).
- Completion of straight forward suitability letters involving investment top-ups and new business to inform Clients on financial strategies, plans and products.
