Refuse Collector

**_Driver Hire Edinburgh City are currently recruiting for a Drivers Mate to work with our client in the area Musselburgh._**

You will be working with a waste and recycling business who provide collections, recycling and technologically-driven energy generation services.

**Your duties will include**:

- Safe and efficient bin waste collection
- Providing a good customer service to our customers
- General maintenance of the working area and lorry
- Cooperating with management and co-workers
- Following health and safety rules

**Shift Pattern**:

- Shifts are Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Long shifts and plenty of overtime available

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and preferably good English
- Reliable and consistent time keeping
- A good quality of customer service provided
- Early weekend starts
- Follow correct health and safety measures.
- Preferably local to the area or hold a drivers licence
- Able to start between 0500 and 0730

**Rate of pay**:

- £9.50ph Basic
- £12.63ph overtime
- £12.63ph Saturday
- £14.25ph Sunday

Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
