**Key Responsibilities**:
As an Experienced Barback, your role is crucial in ensuring the bar operates efficiently and delivers excellent service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Bar Setup**: Assisting in setting up the bar, ensuring all necessary tools, glassware, and ingredients are readily available.

**Beverage Preparation**: Preparing and presenting cocktails, beverages, and garnishes to the bartending team.

**Stock Management**: Keeping the bar well-stocked, monitoring inventory levels, and promptly replenishing supplies.

**Glassware Management**: Collecting, washing, and polishing glassware to maintain a pristine presentation.

**Cleanliness**: Maintaining bar cleanliness and organization, including cleaning equipment and the bar area.

**Team Support**: Collaborating closely with the bartenders to fulfill drink orders efficiently.

**Customer Service**: Providing friendly and attentive service to guests seated at the bar.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Barback Experience**: Proven experience as a Barback in a high-class, fast-paced restaurant.
- **Beverage Knowledge**: Familiarity with cocktail and beverage preparation.
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- **Team Player**: Strong teamwork skills to support the bartending team effectively.
