Barback - Westminster

**Job Title**: Barback (Part-Time)

**Job Type**: Part-Time (Minimum 20 hours per week)

**Availability**: Must be fully available on Saturdays and Sundays

**Location**: Covent Gardens

**Compensation**: £12.50 per hour + tips

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Barback on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:
**Supporting Bartenders**:

- Assist bartenders in the preparation and service of beverages.
- Ensure bar supplies are well-stocked and readily available.

**Cleanliness and Organization**:

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Wash glassware and utensils promptly to ensure a smooth workflow.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by promptly attending to customer needs.
- Interact with patrons in a friendly and courteous manner.

**Assistance During Events**:

- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area for events.
- Collaborate with the bar and waitstaff to ensure smooth event operations.

**Learn and Grow**:

- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:
**Availability**:

- Must be fully available on Saturdays and Sundays.

**Physical Stamina**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy items.
