Due to significant growth, we now need more fantastic staff to join our friendly team. We are looking for a full-time enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team.

**MOLLY MAID**
- _**Operations Controller / Administrator**:_**full-time - 40 hours per week**
- **Starting hourly rate of £12 per hour (depending on experience) plus performance bonus. On target earnings £24,960 - £28,000 a year.**:

- Are you friendly, efficient and are good at multi-tasking? MOLLY MAID Teesside are a professional domestic cleaning company and we are looking for enthusiastic office staff / operations controller who may also be asked to go out cleaning, do quality controls and do estimates depending on business needs. All training will be given but experience with computers is required as well as management, very good communication skills and good at taking initiatives.
- The role of Molly Maid requires working efficiently and professionally with another team member if you are cleaning or on your own if you are in the office, doing quality controls or estimating.
- Reporting to: Franchise Owner
- Objective: to deputise and otherwise stand in for the Office Assistant and Franchise Owner by performing the tasks normally carried out by the Franchise Owner.
- Working with: Franchisee, Office Assistant and Cleaning Teams

**Job Tasks (to be achieved over time once training given)**:

- To be familiar with and use the software provided for dealing with and recording enquiries and scheduling the cleaning service and work with the Office Assistant and Franchisee and the cleaning teams to schedule cleans and/or in-home estimates to the customers’ requirements and convenience.
- To be confident with the use of computers.
- Preparing weekly schedules.
- To contact customers on your own initiative or as required by the Franchisee to discuss the cleaning service, deal with complaints and queries and confirm the date and approximate timing of the service or changes to the service.
- Review prices of cleans that are underpriced or taking too long.
- Raising and maintaining all customer, staff and other files and records (either manual or electronic)
- To act as relief cleaner as and when required.
- Managing staff rota and daily and sickness calls.
- Check holiday requests in conjunction with the office holiday policy and pass to Business Owner for sign off.
- Interview new staff once full training has been undertaken.
- Ensuring the availability and proper functioning of office facilities
- To assist the Franchise Owner in the management and maintenance of the car fleet including ensuring monthly car reports are carried out.
- To maintain control and availability and security of customers keys.
- Monitoring the use of office supplies and ensuring optimum usage.
- Ensure vacuum cleaners are fully and properly maintained.
- Maintain adequate first aid arrangements.
- Ensuring that COSHH regulations are complied with.
- To maintain the petty cash book and petty cash, making and recording disbursements as required.
- To prepare or help the Franchise Owner prepare the weekly Royalty Report and calculate staff wages.
- To perform all duties that may be required by the Franchisee in furtherance of the business objectives of Molly Maid and Teeskleen Limited that may be reasonably required.
- Conducting in-home estimates, Carry out Quality Checks and provide advice to the teams.
- Conduct staff training.
- To work towards sales targets as set with the Franchisee.
- Doing Payroll when covering for other office staff.
- Enter postings for cleans and payments received.
- Prepare sheets, keys, folders and products ready for handover.
- Review Automated payment system for outstanding/bounced payments and take payments.
- Dealing with queries and enquiries from employees.
- Field runner - keys/equipment/car issues, etc
- Attend training courses /regional meetings when requested.
- Any other ad-hoc requests from the Business Owner
- Send out invoices for any invoiced customers
- Chase any customer with outstanding payments
- Managing the business when Business Owner is absent from the office
