**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Lead Matching**: Turn website leads into happy tenants by finding them their dream homes.
- **Phone Enquiries**: Chat with potential tenants, understand their needs, and match them with suitable properties.
- **Viewings**: Schedule and accompany viewings, making the experience enjoyable and informative.
- **Landlord Feedback**: Keep landlords in the loop with constructive feedback and updates.
- **Negotiations**: Play matchmaker between landlords and tenants, ensuring everyone gets the best deal.
- **Referencing**: Ensure all tenants are properly referenced and keep everyone updated throughout the process.

**About You**:

- **Mobile Maestro**: You must have your own car to carry out viewings and appointments.

Pay: £16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Leigh-On-Sea: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Driving Licence (required)
