As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:

- To ensure the service is delivered to a high quality and within appropriate timescales, meeting both statutory deadlines and expectations, based on the targets (KPIs).
- Provide a customer focused service by prioritising workload according to deadlines.
- To deal with a range of correspondence, telephone queries and personal visits. Respond to all enquiries in a positive and professional manner and process them in accordance with the companies procedures.
- To handle customer complaints, escalating where necessary to the Customer Services Team Leader.
- To handle difficult phone calls such as bereavements with empathy professionalism. To be aware of our duty of care to our customers, and have the ability to identify when a referral is needed.

**Profile**

A successful Customer Service Advisor will have:

- Qualifications in GCSE level or equivalent
- Good pension business awareness
- Committed to providing an excellent service
- Communicate effectively with employers and scheme members
- Excellent customer care skills
- Customer service and contact centre experience is preferable
