A truly rewarding role has appeared and we need your passion, drive, and enthusiasm to make a difference at the City of Portsmouth College (COPC). This role will be based at our Highbury Campus, but travel may be required between campuses based in Portsmouth on occasions.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To input, amend and maintain records within the relevant MIS systems.
- To be responsible for data production, validation and control.
- To adhere to and understand principles of funding methodologies, using this knowledge to interrogate data.
- To ensure all examination related activity is conducted in line with JCQ, Awarding Body and EPA requirements.
- To be responsible for administering and processing paperwork and complete appropriate documentation as required.
- To provide excellence in Customer Service and communication, this involves customer contact via the telephone, in person and in writing.
