Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Care Support Workers to provide essential assistance to individuals in need. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with various care needs, including medication administration, meal preparation, and senior care.

**Duties**:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals for clients
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Implement care plans tailored to individual client needs, including dementia care for seniors
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as senior care, home care, or childcare is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of first aid techniques and procedures is advantageous
- Familiarity with domiciliary/ home-care protocols and procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with nursing home protocols and procedures is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: £12.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week

Day range:

- Every weekend

- Care: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
