Our Client are a small but well established Firm of Independent Financial Planners who operate a client bank of high net worth individuals. Due to their continued growth they are now seeking a Trainee IFA Administrator to join their buoyant and family oriented organisation.

Following the morning and evening checklist and ensuring all actions have been fully completed
" Sorting and distributing incoming post as soon as it arrives in the morning and organising and sending outgoing post
" Meeting and greeting clients ensuring you make them feel welcome and provide them with refreshments during their visit
" Keeping the office clean, tidy and presentable at all time
" Create and maintain filing systems/client files (all on-line)
" Stationery supplies
" Sending and chasing Letters of Authority
" VOI Checks
" Assist in preparing for client meeting
" Prepare the Boardroom pre and client meetings
" Prepare monthly Management Information reports
" General Administration

Full training and support will be provided which as you develop in your career.

Strong communication skills are also required, as is the ability to build strong business relationships with colleagues and external Clients.
