Our Client, a well established firm of Chartered Financial Planners are now looking to recruit a IFA Administrator/ Trainee Paraplanner to join their growing and buoyant organisation.

**Responsibilities**:
" To provide efficient administrative support to IFAs and Paraplanners (Scanning, updating Fact finds, filing, shredding and processing company documents)

" Writing suitability reports

" To be a point of contact for clients, new Business, life offices and members of the business

" Maintain administration systems and ensure client data is accurate and up to date

" Manage and follow up tasks promptly and efficiently, managing the diary with daily workflow

" Compliance documents: Updating valuations, fund lists and ensuring literature is up to date

" Responsible for replenishing stationary and ordered items to ensure sufficient office equipment

" Ensure new business files are compliant with FCA and Company guidelines

" Prepare new business packs for IFA client meetings
