Salford Loaves and Fishes is a registered charity, a company limited by guarantee, bringing together a wealth of experience and expertise in working with homeless and vulnerable people. The project is based at 1-3 Paddington Close, Salford, M6 5PL. Dedicated project support staff are available to offer advice and services to anyone in need. Trustees with Legal or Financial Accounting background particularly welcome, however applicants from other backgrounds welcome as more than one Trustee will be appointed.

Our Christian ethos ensures an unconditionally positive, accepting and non-judgmental approach and strives to support clients in reaching their full potential. Our centre is open to people of all faiths or none and strives to be inclusive

GOVERNANCE

Salford Loaves & Fishes’ Board of Trustees are responsible for the charity’s strategy and financial security. They are legally accountable for the organisation. You can see our profile on the Charity Commission’s website.

The current trustee board is made up of individuals of various backgrounds and professions who bring their diverse skills to advise and support the organisation and guide its development, adapting to the needs of our community.

All our Trustees are volunteers and such are unpaid. There are 6 Full Board Trustee Meetings per year plus others when required. There are also optional Working Groups. Currently meeting are held over Zoom.
