**Required Skills**:
This is an excellent opportunity with a toiletries and healthcare Company that is looking to expand across the UK. The position is based in the North/Midlands with UK travel to stores.

As Head of Retail you will be part of the Retail team and will report directly to the Director. In this role, you will lead the existing Senior Management Team (Retail Sales Controller and 9 Area Managers) to success by developing a high performance team that consistently exceeds expectations, achieves sales, profitability and business growth. The vision for the Company it to expand its current stores portfolio from 135 stores nationwide to 150 within the next few years.

You will need to have a strong commercial product retail background. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and influence others. Highly numerate with excellent strategic ability, good IT skills and a forward thinking pro-active approach.

**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Managing and developing the retail business across the UK
- Delivering the Brand and commercial objectives
- Motivate all team members to deliver a high level of commitment to the company and its goals
- Taking responsibility for P&L
- Monitoring store performance and working with Regional and Store Managers to enhance performance and customer service
- Oversee the coaching and development of retail teams
- Building strong in house business relationships
- Overseeing the projects for store openings and refurbishments
- Ensure that continuous KPI performance plans are implemented
- Providing continuous reporting and evaluations to the Director to ensure continuous improvement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £50,000.00 per year
