**Salary**: £10.50 - £12.00 an hour
HOURS: 12 - 16 hours a week (potential to increase hours)
0 hour contract with potential to go to permanent contract

- **OVERVIEW**_
- We have a very exciting diary of weddings over the next few years coming up and we are looking for a passionate housekeeper, with a meticulous eye for detail to join our close knit team._
- Working within the stunning surrounds of Low Hall The Lakes we’re looking for another Housekeeper who will take pride in our bespoke & beautiful venue. We need somebody who is dedicated to consistently achieving our impeccable standards and will play an integral part in our small team - bringing joy to all that stay and get married here. _
- Experience isn't essential, but a passion for cleanliness and outstanding guest service, along with a warm, friendly and positive attitude is essential. We want a housekeeper who is proud to come to work and will take pride in their work too. _
- During peak season we host two weddings a week in the Lovable Old Barn on either Tuesday or Wednesdays and then on Saturdays, which include two nights stay in the beautiful 17th century six bedroom guesthouse. Low Hall The Lakes is a warm, friendly, fun, happy and exclusive venue, making couples and their loved ones feel right at home and familiar from the moment they enquire. Every couple’s day is completely unique and the care of and enjoyment of our couples and guests along with upholding the wonderful standards of Low Hall must always be forefront. We lovingly restored the barn with uniqueness, authenticity and detail, with sustainability in mind. These values are what we pride ourselves on and they must run seamlessly throughout the team and sing throughout all aspects of the business._

As cheesy as it sounds, our job is to make people’s dream days even better than they ever imagined. It's a huge privilege to be part of such a momentous celebration and we need a team who is as passionate about creating that magic as we are.
**Organised**:Part of your role will be to keep track of and order products for guests and for housekeeping. Including; toiletries, laundry & cleaning products. We need someone who is forward thinking and will ensure we’re always well stocked.
**Reliable**:In every sense of the word; consistent and not afraid of hard work, can competently work as a team or on their own working, can meet deadlines and manage their own time.
**Communication**: Is clear, confident and professional within all aspects of communication. Is accepting of feedback and open to new ideas. With a warm positive attitude they will understand what’s been asked of them and will happily carry out the task to ensure the all round enjoyment of guests.
**Flexibility**: Here at Low Hall we are all part of one big team and everyone will chip-in wherever required to make sure customers have the best day possible. So if something needs doing we get it done, regardless of the job.
**Initiative**:The ability to assess and initiate things independently if and when required. Identifying where maintenance is required and escalating, be it in grounds, farmhouse or barn.
**Problem-solving**:Demonstrates a resourceful approach to problem solving in all things cleaning, ensuring that a solution is found or further help is sought.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- All aspects of housekeeping in the farmhouse and cottage. From making beds and polishing bathrooms, to replacing guest amenities and supplies
- Clean and tidying of The Lovable Old Barn after a wedding ensuring it is spik and span ready for the next
- Recording and ordering linen, guest amenities and cleaning products when required
- Reporting any maintenance issues & safety hazards, in the farmhouse, barn and grounds
- Supporting colleagues in the team, working in a fast moving and high energy environment where attention to detail is key
