Locations: Hybrid 2-3 days in Barrow in Furness

Duration: 6 Months Rolling (Long term Programme)

Rate: £500 - £800 per day

This is an opportunity to join a thriving consultancy who are driving new and bold solutions within Defence, Government, National Security and the wider Public Sector.

They are looking to put together a team of Consultants - Defence Submarine Specialists with a variety of skill sets within Defence, skills around Project and Programme Management, Project Controls and Complex Procurement across large scale Submarine projects to be deployed into their experienced teams on programmes throughout their Defence portfolio.

Due to the sensitive nature of the programme, you will need to be a Consultant with an active security clearance to SC level or above.

Working as a Consultant - Defence Submarine Specialist you will have skill sets around the below areas:

- Consulting within defence and government programmes.
- Full programme delivery lifecycle.
- Submarine background in large scale complex projects.
- Consulting Skill sets around either:

- Project/Programme Management
- Complex Procurement
- Project Controls Management
- Delivering multiple complex deliverables to certain time frames.
- Providing leadership and management across complex programmes.
- Diverse Stakeholder management.
- SC Clearnce level or above required.

The ideal SC Cleared Consultant will have Submarine within defence programme experience with either Programme Management, Complex Procurement or Project Controls Management skill sets.

With a Barrow base location and being onsite 2-3 days a week dependent on the needs of the programme.
