**NEW VACANCY**
We are seeking sales Consultants to join our client's team on a permanent basis. The Sales Consultant will be working for a Microsoft Gold partner who will specialize in providing IT training packages and solutions. The Sales Consultant will be fully trained and be driven to hit targets.
**Key Responsibilities for the Sales Consultant**:
- Making high-quality outbound sales calls
- Prospecting for new customers
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service
- Help the team be a positive work environment so everyone enjoys working
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the learning products and provide professional advice on suitable training courses to meet delegate requirements
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to resolve enquiries.
**Skills Required for the Sales Consultant**:
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manners
- Strong understanding of sales and a proven track record of closing
- Highly self-motivated with initiative and drive
- Methodical and accurate with a proven ability to focus on detail
- Confidence and a strong sense of direction
- Display a flare for seeking out new opportunities to improve the service and increase revenues/margins
