**The job description includes**:

- Receiving calls / enquiries and introducing our survey services to clients
- Planning of Structural & Building Surveys on our system
- Supporting our Structural Engineers & Building Surveyors
- Establishing which services are required and providing quotations
- Liaising with various internal departments and maintaining a high level of customer service
- Keep an organised booking calendar, updating customers from start to finish and communicating changes to the relevant surveyor

**Other Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and deal with multiple customers or enquiries at any one time
- Excellent IT skills with experience in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Alpine Surveys are a very much recognised and growing consultancy, that specialise in accurately resolving issues in properties of all ages. We provide Structural Surveys, Building Condition Surveys, Thermal Imaging Surveys, Party Wall Surveys and Aerial Surveys throughout the South of England. Our customer feedback and references on internet systems detail our success and level of professionalism and accuracy.

Salary between £22,000 to £26,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
