We have a fantastic opportunity for a Food and Beverage Assistant to work in our dynamic team at The Belfry, England’s leading Hotel and Resort. We have 320 bedrooms, 2 rosette standard dining, five food and beverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilities including our 20 treatment rooms & pool and of course, what we are famous for golf. We have had a really exciting year ahead at The Belfry, starting with hosting The British Masters in June 2023, and continuing with the launch of new training and development opportunities and incentives.

**Sam’s Clubhouse**

Overlooking our stunning PGA golf course, our high-volume sports bar, Sam’s Clubhouse, is the perfect place to relax after a day’s golfing. This bar is busy all day, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We have a large outside terrace and bar and we have recently introduced Shuttle Board.

The menu in Sam’s Club House is a mixture of clubhouse classics and Belfry touches from sharing boards, burgers, and buckets of wings to wraps, pies and catch of the dayIn summer season the outside patio and bar opens and can provide dining options for up to 250 guests at any time and approximately 500 covers per day.

**Salary**

The on target earning potential for this role is £10.98 - £11.22 hourly rate, compromising of a base hourly rate of £10.18 - £10.42 plus a qualified estimate of £0.80 gratuities per hour

**About the role**

**We have one role in our Half Way house and this will be mainly day times Monday to Friday. The other role will be within Sam's Clubhouse and will be a variety of shifts.**

As a food and beverage assistant, your duties include all those of a waiter or bartender:

- To welcome all guests a polite and friendly manner
- To deliver a great experience from beginning to end
- To confidently talk about our menus, offer upsells and enthusiastically
- To take orders from our guests and proactively ensure that all of their needs are met
- Cleaning and good hygiene practices are a large part of this role
- To be able to work across all areas within Sam’s and the Driving range.
- To work across any of the outlets that are in need of assistance to ensure the smooth running of the resort as a whole.
