**About The Role**:
Are you looking for an opportunity to progress you career in the Artwork Design and Print, learning new skills to support the ongoing business growth. We are recruiting a Direct to Film Artworker to produce digital artwork in line with customer artwork and branding guidelines. This is a unique opportunity to join a new department within the Arco Clothing Centre, expanding on your knowledge and skill set.

Key responsibilities include:

- Producing accurate print ready artwork visuals/ proofs for print processes and to comply with customers’ requirements.
- Making sure artwork is consistent, accurate, and adheres to any brand rules.
- Assembling artwork files and prepare proofs for customer approval prior to print.
- Producing the artworks in line with the published service level agreements.
- Retouching, reworking or fixing the design, customising to customer request, colour balancing, resizing and eliminating any inconsistencies.
- Providing expertise in the DTF digital artwork field to all company sectors.
- Awareness of how to use bespoke Rip software for the DTF machines.
- Communicating effectively with our customer service and production to coordinate orders and prioritise the production of artworks.
- Adhering to production procedures and schedules, and update systems accordingly.
- Using in-house image library (Image Viewer) or other software setting up accurate print ready artwork for customer orders
- Support sales teams in customer visits, promotional events, roadshows to promote the decoration services

The ideal Direct to Film Artworker will be/have:

- Proven knowledge and experience of Illustrator/Corel Draw
- Be able to amend graphic layouts as instructed by customers and according to customer final amendments.
- Able to colour match effectively.
- Excellent computing, mechanical and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain a high level of accuracy whilst always displaying a professional attitude.
- Detailed knowledge of clothing and decoration services.
- Proven track record of delivering fantastic customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal & communications skills as well as strong relationship building skills across key stakeholders at all levels
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to know when to ask for help
