Machinist

Taylor Stevenson's are proud to announce we're now working with a powerhouse of a client based in Grimsby who have been providing high quality engineering and fabrication services worldwide for the last 40 years They've specialise in offering a range of engineering products and services across key sectors including food, petrochemical and pharmaceutical globally.

Due to the recent exponential growth, resulting from several large contracts being won, they're looking for 4 Machinists to join them at their state-of-the-art headquarters in Grimsby ASAP

This role is a full time position paying **£18.44 per hour/£37,396 per year** Working hours are **8AM - 4:30PM Monday to Thursday and 8AM - 3:30PM Fridays**

Applicants should be able to:

- Demonstrate experience in the use of manual & CNC lathes and milling machines as a minimum
- Undertake work using a variety of materials metals and plastics.
- Work to fine tolerances.
- Read and understand technical machine and assembly drawings.
- Experience in horizontal boring and mechanical fitting is not essential but would be advantageous.
