We are looking for a Team Leader mostly late shift - 13.45 to 21.15 including every other weekend (experience is essential and must be medication trained to be able to carry out a medication round) to join our friendly team.

Highlands is a small 24 bedded independent Residential Care Home set in beautiful surroundings in Woodbridge overlooking the River Deben. Highlands is a not for profit organisation with high standards and great values. Our aim is to enhance the lives of our residents to the fullest as individuals in a happy and homely environment.

Meals will be provided whilst on duty cooked by our experienced chefs.

Shift patterns are unusually 13.45 - 21.15 with an added mix of other care shifts if wanted

Enhanced weekend rates of pay.

Hours: To be negotiated.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time Contract, Permanent.

**Salary**: £14.16 - £16.16 per hour.

Part-time/Full time hours: Approx. 16 - 35 per week
